My first attempt inspired by my DailyMile friend Ciemon aka Plain Runner and the beautiful forest here. I filmed with my Canon Powershot Elph 310HS.

Brilliant, really enjoyed the video...when i first started this site it was for videos like this. Videos that share the sights you see whilst out on your run. Thanks for sharing.
