Video by Iain Arnison. TuffNutz is a team adventure race hosted by Pensby Runners at Thurstaston, Wirral (UK) each March. Teams of 3 race over the (usually) muddy course carrying a 6 foot fencing pole.

Rich, this year I hope to get fit enough to do something like this, it would be great to get involved especially with it being on the Wirral and me being in Oxton. BTW Great Video

You'd be very welcome at the race Phil, this year or next. It's a bit of fun and seems popular. We have clubs/teams that come back year after year. Thanks for the kind comments about the video. A fellow club-mate, Iain Arnison made it. I'll pass on your congratulations :-)
